Terms and Conditions for Delphi Summit

Welcome to the Delphi Summit, an event organised by GDK Software (collectively referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for, attending, or participating in the Delphi Summit (the "Event"), accessing our website (www.delphisummit.com), or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for or participate in the Event.
1. General Provisions
1.1 Eligibility: The Delphi Summit is open to individuals and professionals who register and meet any eligibility criteria specified on www.delphisummit.com. Attendees must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

1.3 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on www.delphisummit.com, and continued participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Registration and Tickets
2.1 Registration Process: To attend the Delphi Summit, you must complete the registration process via www.delphisummit.com and provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and payment details.
2.2 Ticket Purchase: Tickets for the Delphi Summit are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by us in writing. All ticket sales are subject to availability and may be limited.
2.3 Payment: Payment for tickets must be made in full at the time of registration through the payment methods specified on www.delphisummit.com. All prices are in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2.4 Cancellations:
Event Cancellation: If the Delphi Summit is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure), we will notify registered attendees and issue refunds or offer alternative options (e.g., rescheduling or virtual access) at our discretion.
Event Changes: We reserve the right to modify the Eventβs schedule, speakers, venue, or format (e.g., in-person to virtual) without liability. Attendees will be notified of significant changes.
3. Attendee Conduct
3.1 Code of Conduct: All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff must adhere to the Delphi Summit Code of Conduct, available on www.delphisummit.com. This includes maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment free from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.
3.2 Compliance with Laws: Attendees must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, as well as venue policies, during the Event.
3.3 Prohibited Activities: Attendees may not:
Engage in unauthorised commercial activities, solicitations, or promotions.
Distribute materials without prior approval from GDK Software.
Record, photograph, or stream Event content without express permission.
Use Event resources or branding for unauthorised purposes.
3.4 Removal from Event: We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or venue policies without refund or liability.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Event Content: All materials, presentations, logos, and content provided during the Delphi Summit are the intellectual property of GDK Software, its speakers, or partners. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Event content without prior written consent.
4.2 Use of Likeness: By attending the Delphi Summit, you grant GDK Software and its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, voice, or image in photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional or archival purposes related to the Event.
5. Privacy
5.1 Data Collection: Your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on www.delphisummit.com. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.
5.2 Third-Party Sharing: We may share your information with Event sponsors, partners, or service providers (e.g., payment processors or venue operators) solely for Event-related purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, GDK Software, its affiliates, and the Delphi Summit organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.
6.2 Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with attending the Event, including but not limited to health risks, travel risks, or loss of personal belongings. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance.
6.3 No Warranties: The Delphi Summit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of Event content or the availability of specific speakers or sessions.
7. Force Majeure
GDK Software and the Delphi Summit shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failures to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where GDK Software is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the Delphi Summit shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct, constitute the entire agreement between you and GDK Software regarding the Delphi Summit.
9.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
